- Visa Application Form : Fill in the application form for Tajikistan

- Travel itinerary : Reservations for the itinerary of your travel (not a ticket) Copy of an itinerary or e-ticket showing entry and exit dates. Show the traveler's full name as it appears in the passport.
- Travel Proof : A round-trip flight reservations for Tajikistan.
