Visa Required to travel to South Korea for nationals of China
Entry Recommendations (With visa)
- Visa Application Form : Fill in the application form for South Korea
- Passport Photo : Recent Photo no older than 6 months
- Passport : The original Passport (or Travel document) of applicant. Passport must have 6 months of remaining validity on the date of travel. Passport must have 2 visa pages clear of any markings.
- Travel Proof : A round-trip flight reservations for South Korea.
- Accomodation Proof : Hotel or Accomodation reservation in South Korea for the duration of your visit.
- Cover Letter : A cover letter with all needed details of the applicant, destinations and travel details. Same details should be provided for other members travelling with you.
- Current Details : If you are Employed: β’ An employer letter on company letterhead containing contact details, contract type, purpose and duration of the trip. Letter must state that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job. β’ The current bank statement of the latest 6 months β’ Income Tax Return (ITR) β’ The original pay slips If Self Employed: β’ Include a copy of your business license β’ Company bank statement of the latest 6 months β’ Income Tax Return (ITR) If Student: β’ Letter from your school stating that you are registered for the upcoming semester and that you are in good standing. β’ No Object certificate from School or University. If Retired: β’ Proof of your retirement fund.

Description
From February 4, passengers who have been in Hubei Province, China in the past 14 days and Nationals of China who reside or have been in Hubei Province or have a passport issued in Hubei Province are not allowed to transit or enter South Korea.:Starting on 10 February 2020, all Chinese nationals wishing to enter South Korea (except Hong Kong passport holders and Macao passport holders) are required to obtain a South Korean transit visa.:Visa is not required for US Green card holders when in transit to/from US and a third country for a stay of 30 days.:
