Funds of over US$10,000 or its equivalent in other currencies must be declared to the customs authorities.

Animals must meet the requirements of the Veterinary Service as prescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Plants must meet the requirements of the State Phytosanitary Control Service as prescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Religious media requires the consent of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organisations of Azerbaijan Republic.
