Import Regulation

There are no restrictions on the import of domestic or foreign currency (though passengers are advised to check with French or Spanish customs, if leaving through them to enter Andorra).

Food restrictions include condensed milk β 3kg, fresh milk β 6kg, butter β 1kg, cheese β 4kg, sugar β 5kg, meat β 5kg.
Domestic animals may be imported under certain conditions. Andorra requires that dogs, cats and ferrets be vaccinated for rabies and various other diseases between 30 days and 12 months prior to travel. A government approved veterinarian must then complete the Andorra Veterinary Certificate, which should accompany the animal everywhere. Finally, all dogs and cats must be chipped with an ISO 11784/11785 (15 digit) pet microchip.
